What if my appointment is urgent but there are no available slots?

What if my medical query is non-urgent?
Please submit a new request using the Medical Issue option from 7:30 am on the next working day. A member of our team will respond within 48 hours.
What if I do not have internet access or struggle to use online services?
If you cannot access the internet:

Call reception, and our team will submit a request on your behalf.

Visit the surgery, and a staff member will assist you.
For vulnerable or housebound patients, we can arrange a home visit if there is sufficient medical need.

How do I cancel my appointment?
If your appointment is within the next 12 hours, use the cancellation link in the reminder text you received. If you haven't received a text, call reception at 0161 998 5538.
For all other appointments:

Use the cancellation link in the appointment reminder sent 1-3 days before your appointment.

If you didn’t receive a text reminder, cancel via our online request system (using the Admin Request option).

If you cannot cancel online, call reception for assistance.
I am housebound and need to arrange a home visit
To request a home visit, please call the practice as early as possible on the day. Your GP will visit if there is sufficient medical evidence that you cannot attend the surgery.
